Before I announce my new goal, I want to give a quick update on March snowflakes thus far. Earlier this week I received a tax refund of $3721 of which I threw at the mortgage. The main reason I believe it was so high is because of the education credit that I qualified for since I'm a full-time student. Yesterday I returned some items to Wal-Mart to the tune of $24 and today I got a rebate check from ShopatHome for $27. So that's $51 that will be going towards my 52 Week Savings Challenge. So as you can see March is more like an avalanche versus snowflakes
Since I have already surpassed my initial 2014 snowflake total of $4000, I'm officially changing my goal to $10,000!!! My yearly total is now sitting at $5674, so I'm 57% there already!!! Here's to the power of snowflakes
