This morning I had a smoothie of almond milk,kale,pineapple,frozen banana,chia seeds,rolled oats,and greek yogurt. It made enough for 2 so I guess I have tomorrow covered
I will also be attending a Green Smoothie Girl Seminar this afternoon so I will post any tidbits I learn.
