Day 6: Green Smoothie Challenge

Happy Monday! I've worked out, took my vitamin and had my smoothie. Today I tried a recipe that Chuck(fellow SA blogger)recommended and it was pretty tasty.

The Purple Monster

1 cup cranberry juice
1/2 c of oatmeal
2 TBSP of plain yogurt
1 TBSP of flax seeds
handful of spinach
1 c of blueberries
few cubes of ice

    Is the oatmeal raw? I assume so, but it could be cooked.

    I used raw rolled oats but it didn't specify on the website.
