Great Customer Service

A couple nights ago I made a purchase at beauty.com. The next morning I got an email stating their "20% Family and Friends" event started. I went online to cancel my order so that I could reorder and get 20% off but the order couldn't be cancelled because it was too far in the process I guess. Well I decided to send an email and ask if I could still get the 20% off since I made my order just the night before. Believe it or not, they agreed and and gave me a refund of the difference!! Now that's customer service!

    Cool. I think that is a clue that they might be a good company in more ways. Wink

    That's the best! I keep hearing about how customer service is disappearing, so it is nice to hear about a company that leads to a little bit of better news. I hope we have some insurance that the marketplace (both face to face and digital) will improve in that regard.
