Dont Underestimate the 99 cent Stores

I got blackberries, strawberries,and bananas for 99 cents each. I also got some Christmas gift boxes that were marked down to 39 cents. There's two in each box.

I noticed that they also had the big tubs of organic spinach or mixed greens that are normally expensive elsewhere for 99 cents.

So don't bypass your local 99 cents store, there's savings to be had!!

    I'm kinda a regular there! Got the gift boxes in December and a few left for birthdays this year. Love that the tissue there is from cane or recycled content!

    Though I want to patronize local farmers more, I get veges and fruits there in a pinch (takes time to get to the farmer's market and I miss their dates sometimes!!). Mine had beautiful orange bell peppers this past week.

    We don't have any 99 cent stores in our area. We do have dollar stores but they don't have produce. Most don't even have milk and eggs but a few do. I wish we had 99 cent stores like you do, though. Those are great deals!
