Day 4: Green Smoothie Challenge

Here I am again and another succesful day. I actually went to Zumba this morning and it was pretty fun. Today I made:

1/2 cup of water
handful of spinach
cup of blueberries
frozen banana
1 TBSP of flax seeds

    I'm intrigued by the addition of kale and spinach to your smoothies - does it effect the taste much?

    I normally blend mine using a scoop of soy protein, a cup of soy milk, and a cup of frozen fruit, generally berries. I'd definitely consider adding a cup of greens to increase the nutrient level if it doesn't alter the overall taste too much.

    @EarlyRetirementJoy, I haven't tried kale yet but as far as spinach, the fruits defnitely masks the green. You can't taste it at all. Depending on what fruit u use, the color might look kind of funky but it tastes great.

    I have been wanting to try Zumba but haven't gotten the nerve to do so yet.
