Day 1 Completed and I took my vitamin as well

1 small frozen ripe banana, peeled
2 cups baby spinach
1 tbsp PB2
3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk'
½ cup yogurt

    I'll be having my smoothie as a snack later. Likely to be a banana, spinach and strawberries. Thanks for checking on me!! I might try that peanut butter, too.

    I love these Green Monster smoothies! We include Greek yogurt and milled flax seeds. We use water instead of the milk product....very good for you! Good luck Smile

    Oh...yeah I might put flax seeds in mine. I'm counting calories, so no milk or yogert for me. I just want more fruits and veggies in my diet.
